What if everyone names Smith or Jones was blacklisted in Sri Lanka if one Jones was linked to smuggling arms for Tigers?(there has been a couple of them) Same concept except we try to be holier than thou here by tsk tsking other nations.
It is A GREAT THING that we have divided government finally after years of abuse. From Tom Delay the Republican Born Again conservative values imbecile who is pathologically challenged ethically, misusing Texas Rangers to chase legislators using HomeLand Security act to a lot of other recent abuse is ONLY COMING TO LIGHT BECAUSE of our great democracy's Nov-7 election results.
This Irresponsible arrogant party that misgoverned us for the past 14 years (1994)is finally being checked in a very small way with a government by people, of the people, for the people. It is time to expose scoundrels no matter what party they belong to. And afterall ABRAMOFF was a moral values conservative College Republican Society President!! And Libby bore the cross for Cheney! But it will be soon when these idiots in power also start acting the same way and lose their sense of proportion being drunk on power and privileges, and we have to boot them out too.
I am sure without a doubt, I am being spied on for my open views..Afterall I am in a rightwing state within a very rightwing College too. I found out about a recent arrogant misuse of power by a person to spy on a fellow student to get party affiliation information which she has no bloody right to and has no business prying into. I was told this week by the student whose affiliation she checked because she told him she checked it through her connections. I was stunned. Imagine the cheek and arrogant abuse of small timer powers !
I only tell people I trust my affiliation now openly so they know where I stand. I registered as a fiercely independent and only changed after misleader W's dumb liberation gone mad in Iraq because of anger at the arrogance and ignorance of the Republican majority and the vast horde of equally ignorant masses who could not even place Iraq or Iran on a map leave alone understand any of the issues. That is how the Republicans it seems work here. Nixon is their hero for Watergate but of course Bill's trumpet concerto is still more egregious!!
I have nothing but contempt for these people nowadays for their righteousness. WE still have guys in our Division fixated on Clinton despite all the horrible stuff in the past 6 years and he is only worried about his piece of pie. That pathetic man can only bring up Clinton everytime some argues on the basis of Facts and data whether it be on the chaos in Iraq W caused or the deficit or ethics. For him ethics, corruption by this regime, nobid contracts, doesnt seem to matter as long as sexual misconduct is checked.
